Insurance

Billing OfficeWe would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your family to Physicians Endoscopy Center, with a staff committed to providing you and your family with the best possible care. Please take a moment to read our Financial Policy. At Physicians Endoscopy Center, taking the time to discuss any financial obligation is one more step to a successful visit.

Prior to your visit, assignments of benefits are obtained. Claims are submitted to your insurance company the next business day from your day of treatment. Your level of benefits is a contract between you and your insurance company, any additional payment remaining, is your responsibility based on your chosen plan. Please be mindful, some insurance companies do not cover Colon Cancer Screenings as part of their contracts. If at anytime your insurance company chooses not to render payment, it is then the responsibility of the patient to submit the remaining balance.

When you check in for your procedure, your deductible and coinsurance are due, based on the summary of benefits obtained from your insurance company.

If you are a patient paying by cash, alleviating any coverage from a medical insurance company, payment for your procedure is due at check in, unless payment arrangements have been made prior to your visit.

With the knowledge that financial problems may arise, affecting timely payment on your account balance, Physicians Endoscopy Center encourages you to contact us promptly for management of your account.

If there is a need for further explanation or you do not see your insurance company listed as a participating insurance company with Physicians Endoscopy Center, please contact us for further assistance. Thank you for choosing Physicians Endoscopy Center.
